CRIME STOPPERS: Bank robbers on the run

MEDFORD, Ore. -- Medford police investigated a robbery at Bank of the Cascades on March 20th.

Detectives found similarities to other bank robberies in southern Oregon during that investigation on Crater Lake Highway.

They are now connecting the dots between robberies in Rogue River on January 27th, Grants Pass on February 1st, Riddle on February 7th, Cottage Grove on February 16th and Umpqua Bank in Ashland on March 30th.

A search warrant at the home of the suspects in Trail confirmed the two suspects as John Steven Shepard and Kimberly Ann Blank, both 37-years old.

Shepard is six-feet tall and around 200 pounds.

Blank is five-foot-one and around 150 pounds, with the tips of her hair dyed pink.

"Based on the information we've received, the evidence we've collected, we feel that these two individuals are our suspects in these six different robberies that have occurred. Bank robberies that have occurred," Lieutenant Justin Evans, with Medford Police, said.

Shepard and Blank have felony warrants and are believed to be in a vehicle similar to the one pictured, a 1993 red Chevy extended cab lifted full-size truck with large mud tires, Oregon license D003270.
