Crime Stoppers: Woman uses counterfeit bill in Medford
MEDFORD, Ore. —
Medford Police needs your help in locating a woman wanted for forgery.
Tara Colombe,26, is wanted for using a counterfeit bill at a local fast food restaurant.
She is also wanted for theft in the third degree.
Medford Police says this type of criminal activity has the potential to trickle down and affect many community members.
"We know that when one bill's passed there's probably multiple that have been passed and that are out there so unfortunately it causes a lot of inconvenience for everyone involved," said Lt. Justin Ivens.
Colombe is 5’4, around 105 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information on a possible suspect in this crime can call or text Crime Stoppers of Southern Oregon at 1-800-850-0580 and refer to case number KTVL 04-17-18.
Depending on the case and the information is given, Crime Stoppers will pay a reward up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest and filing of charges. Callers can remain anonymous. The reward is sponsored by Rogue Credit Union.
