Hance's bail is set at $207,500.

Police are looking for a man who pulled a gun on two female Dutch Bros Employees.

It happened at the Central Point Dutch Bros on Pine Street last around 8:40 PM.

After a brief conversation, a man pulled a hand gun from his shirt and held up the Dutch Bros coffee stand.

From surveillance video, police believe Daniel Hance to be the suspect, due to his appearance and tattoos.

He has a spider tattoo on his forehead, "Dying Breed" tattooed across his jaw, and a swastika tattooed on his left hand.

Police believe that he is armed, and advise people to not confront him.

"Try to get to a phone, try to call. Get a safe distance away, don't approach, it's not a matter of what he's capable of doing, it's what he's willing to do, and we don't want to put people in danger," said Josh Abott of the Central Point police.

Police released a photo of Hance and Felisha Senske after the robbery through social media asking for the public's help finding the two individuals.

Since then, police have contacted Felisha Senske.

"We have spoken to her since we released that, she's a person of interest, we aren't sure how involved in the robbery she is... but right now [Hance] is the primary person we're looking for," Abott said.

Officers say Hance has been hard to find because he likely knows he's being searched for.

Central Point Police are turning to the public for help.

"We would prefer he turns himself in, obviously that's a peaceful resolution and nobody gets hurt, nobody is in danger that way, hopefully maybe he'll come to his senses and do that. In the meantime he's gonna know that all of Jackson County is going to be looking for him." Abott said.
