Support your local school in News10's Cool Schools poll!

News10 is visiting area schools and letting them show us what makes their school great. Here's how it works.

News10 will highlight schools during the News10 Good Morning program on Mondays and Wednesdays. Highlights will run at approximately 5:45 a.m. and 6:45 a.m. Each school will be notified through school communications and flyers when it will be highlighted on air.

Students, along with parents, family and friends, are encouraged to watch and support their school.

After watching News10 Good Morning, Facebook members can click the "Like" button for News10 on at Facebook.com and vote for their favorite school in the Cool Schools poll. All Facebook members are eligible to vote. Please note that you must be at least 13 years of age to be a Facebook member, so get your parents to help if you if you’re under 13. Then, watch News10 at 6 p.m. each Thursday during the contest to see voting updates.

Based on vote counts, a winning school will be selected and announced during News10 Good Morning broadcast. The time and date will be announced on Facebook, on air and at ktvl.com
