Summer Lake, Ore. - The Ana Fire has burned over 5800 acres as of July 13th; fortunately, it's 75% contained and that containment continues to rise.

Oregon State Police sent their Arson Investigation Unit to determine the cause of the fire. They say it started from explosive targets found on private property.

"Weather conditions [were] certainly a factor in the fire spread, but the cause of the fire was the use of exploding targets in and around dry fuels," Detective Joe Feland said.

The investigation unit will still conduct interviews to determine who started the fire.
