Grants Pass man charged with alleged sexual abuse with a minor
GRANTS PASS, Ore. —
Grants Pass Department of Public Safety arrest man after an investigation into an alleged sexual misconduct with a minor.
Officers say, the investigation began back in September 2015 when then 18-year-old Bryan Tucker allegedly exchanged "sexually explicit electronic images" with a 12-year-old female.
The detailed and lengthy investigation involving search warrants of social media sites and interviews determined that Tucker and the 12-year-old female had sexual contact.
In June 2017, the case was presented before a Josephine County Grand Jury.
Tucker, now 20-years-old was indicted on 16 criminal charges with several classified as measure 11 offenses.
On Tuesday, August 29th, detectives arrested Tucker without incident and lodged into the Josephine County Jail.
