Jackson County Sheriff's Deputies looking for missing man
JACKSON COUNTY —
Jackson County Sheriff's Office Search and Rescue teams are looking through the Union Creek area for 65 year-old Central Point resident, Douglas Edwin Vail.
He has been reported missing since Saturday night. Deputies say Vail left his home that morning to go fishing and didn't returned.
On Sunday, a deputy found his 2012 grey Toyota Camry, parked in a lot next to Beckie's Cafe in Union Creek.
Search and Rescue teams looked through the area Sunday and are back out searching today.
Vail is described to be 5'11", 180 lbs with blue eyes and short grey hair.
He was last seen wearing a brimmed hat, a shirt and jeans or cargo shorts.
