Marijuana group fighting Jackson Co. over the ability to farm their land

MEDFORD, Ore.-- A marijuana group is fighting Jackson County.

Right to Grow USA said it filed an initiative petition with the Jackson County Clerk that will protect farmers and their ability to farm their land.

The group said in order to get the petition on the May ballot, Right to Grow USA needs to collect just under 5,000 signatures before August 10th from registered Jackson County voters.
