Two in custody after standoff outside Grants Pass city limits
GRANTS PASS, Ore. —
[UPDATE 2:00 PM]: Two suspects are now in custody, Caleb Pratt and the woman involved in Thursday's disturbance call, 32-year-old Ciera Lokken.
Flashbangs were used along with negotiators to bring them into custody.
Additional charges may be added on to Thursday's incident because of Friday's disturbance call and following negotiation situation.
Both have been taken to Josephine County Jail and will be in the custody of GPDPS.
Pratt was charged with attempt to elude, reckless driving and endangering, hit and run.
Lokken was charged with two counts of attempted assault, interfering with police, hindering prosecution, and an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in court for assault on a police officer.
Multiple agencies are currently responding to an incident on the 3000 block of Foothill Blvd in Grants Pass involving Thursday's assailant Caleb Pratt.
Josephine County Sheriffs Office, Grants Pass Department of Public Safety SWAT are on the scene.
According to Deputy Chief Jim Hamilton, swat teams from Grants Pass Department of Public Safety on scene negotiating with Pratt.
As of this time Pratt has not been cooperative.
Law enforcement confirms a woman exited the property at the incident.
