Smoke in the area is causing a problem for hunting season.

One local store says business has been slow since the smoke started coming in.

Les Franck, has been working for coastal for eight years and says, last year during this time it was much busier.

One couple says they still go out shooting, but the smoke definitely affects them.

"By the time your 100 yards out, I could not see the water bottles that were out there, so it's thick enough that you can't see within 100 yards," Alex Gray said.

If you plan on shooting or hunting, visibility plays a big role with the smoke.
