Suspect out on bail after fatal DUII crash
GRANTS PASS, Ore. - A suspect from a fatal crash this weekend is out on bail on March 20.
News10 first brought you this story in which a father was driving with his teenage daughter when he was killed and she sustained serious injuries, this weekend.
The suspect, Lindsey Johnson, was arraigned today, her bail was set at $50,000.
The crash occurred on I-5 on Saturday night near milepost 59.
Police say Johnson rear ended a black Jetta and caused it to flip, then left the scene.
Oregon State Police say troopers spotted the suspect's vehicle about an hour later and arrested her.
She is facing charges for first degree manslaughter, reckless driving and hit and run.
