Gillham, 40, was last seen at 2 a.m. June 11 when she left Grants Pass, Ore., according to a press release from the Humboldt Sheriff's Office.
Family members had assumed she made it home to Big Lagoon, Calif. However, the realized she hadn't made it home and reported her missing on June 14.
The sheriff's office consider her a high-risk missing person.
Police say the disappearance is out of character and they consider it suspicious.
Gillham was driving a 2004 charcoal gray Mitsubishi Endeavor SUV. It has California plates that read 6UXE841. She is described as a Native American who is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
It is believed she was traveling state route 199 from Grants Pass to U.S. 101 to Big Lagoon. Police and volunteers have searched this area.
