On Friday, members of the task force served a search warrant on Jeffery Scott Bettman's Medford home, according to a press release from the Southern Oregon High-Tech Crimes Task Force.
The search warrant was linked to an investigation involving downloaded child pornography from Bettman's IP address.
During the investigation, police learned that Bettman worked as a gymnastic coast at local businesses in Grants Pass and Medford.
Police allege the 54-year-old man took photos of the students while they were changing without their consent or knowledge.
Police are still investigating and are trying to identify the children. They say the man worked at Southern Oregon Gymnastic Academy in Medford and the Ultimate Sports Gymnastics in Grants.
Bettman also worked as a professional photographer, specializing in sports photography, according to the press release.
If you have information, or your child had a photo session with Bettman, please call Detective Josh Nieminen at (541) 423-1315.
Bettman was arrested on the suspicion of encouraging child sex abuse and invasion of personal privacy. He has been lodged at the Jackson County Jail; his bail is $250,000.
