MEDFORD Ore.-Congressman Walden thanked his voters for re-electing him to represent Oregon's second congressional district.
The Representative celebrated at the Jackson County Republican party.
He promises to "continue to do everything [he] can to help Oregon grow jobs especially Southern and Central Oregon where we've been so hard hit."
Walden adds that "the most important issue is bringing the country together to create jobs" and that he's "always willing to work across the line, not sacrificing [his] principles mind you."
Representative Walden is ready to re-convene next week to continue his work on fiscal issues, forest policy and the high technology sector.
