GRANTS PASS, Ore. -- Oregon Health Management Service wants to help you put a tasty and low-calorie meal on the table.
Monday night, the health service group will have a class to concentrate on low-calorie dinner recipes.
"This class is perfect for helping you plan meals that help meet your weight loss goals," said Barbara Paulson, OHMS cooking instructor.
Four low-calorie recipes will be prepared, including samples of each item prepared.
Classes are free, however, OHMS asks everyone to bring a donation of non-perishable food for the community food bank.
Space is limited in each class and reservations are required.
