Starla Carrero, 14, was reported missing on Saturday. She had last been seen at the Medford Skate Park on Highland Drive. Police found her at a home in Central Point on Monday.
Medford Police detectives and FBI agents returned to the park on Monday to interview possible witnesses, according to a press release from the Medford Police Department.
They talked to 19-year-old Koby Liston, who told police he had not seen Carrero. Police had identified Liston as one of the men the teen was seen talking to on Saturday.
Police say Liston couldn't give them an address. However, police found a possible address for the 19-year-old.
On Monday, officers went to the Central Point address and found Liston,, Carrero and another 17-year-old boy. The three were inside the trailer home allegedly smoking marijuana.
Police arrested Liston on the suspicion of providing marijuana to a juvenile and keeping a juvenile at his home knowing she was missing.
Medford Police officials say that Carrero ran away and was not taken against her will.
