MEDFORD, Ore -- Many people will always remember the Tenth Street Tragedy on July 17, 2011 when Tabasha Paige-Criado and her four children were killed.
Jordan Criado, her husband and their father is the only suspect.
Just after the murders Tabasha's brother Jesse Adams extended the hand of forgiveness to Jordan, he has not changed those feelings...
While his sister and her children are gone his desire for closure and understanding are not, "I've even gone as far as writing him a letter, and he's written back to me. I let him know that I forgive him."
Adams says the plea deal is one they can all live with, "he's gonna plead guilty and he's gonna do natural life, true life."
This deal means the family will not sit through a trial, "I have mixed feelings. I would like to have heard some more details, you know, with the possibility of him testifying. At the end of the day by him pleading out it makes it a lot easier for us to move on, we don't have to worry about it any more. It provides closure."
While it means closure for the family Adams says that might not it might not for Criado, "he has to live with what happened and what he did and i couldn't imagine the pain, the guilt, the nightmares that he may be going through."
Adams also asks people to keep his sister and her children in their memory, "remember the love she had for people and willingness to help, remember the children how they were full of life >
