Holmes Rejoins NFL 53-man Roster

Eagle Point native Tyrone Holmes has been added to the Cleveland Brown's 53-man roster.

Holmes played for the Browns last season making 11 appearances registering a sack and six tackles.

"I thought I played well enough to end up on somebodies roster so I wasn't sure if it was going to be the Browns," Holmes said.

First-round draft pick Myles Garrett went down with an injury so Holmes was next up. Holmes came to the Browns after a fall camp with the Jaguars before last season.

"There's no job security that's for sure," Holmes said. "I mean, my track record isn't even crazy compared to some guys you know that end up going on five or six teams in one year if not more."

The Browns take on the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday at 10 AM (PT).
