May Promoted to Medford Rogues new COO
MEDFORD, Ore. —
The 2017 Great West League champion Medford Rogues announced today the promotion of Dave May to the position of Chief Operating Officer. He joined the Rogues in December of 2016 as an Account Executive and was promoted to Director of Sales during the season.
“Throughout his tenure with the Rogues, Dave has done an outstanding job overseeing our day-to-day business,” said Mike MacCulloch of Consolidated Sports Holdings (CSH) International. “He is an integral part of this community and does a fantastic job representing our organization. This promotion is reflective of his dedication, leadership, and the outstanding job he has done. We have every confidence that his transition to this larger role will be seamless and result in ever-deepening ties between the team and the community. His passion for the Rogues rubs off on everyone he comes in contact with, from our staff to the thousands of Rogues fans who visit Harry & David Field each year.”
Dave will continue to work closely with the community and our corporate partners.
“This position is a dream come true for me,” said Dave. “I have had a lot of terrific mentors while growing up in the Rogue Valley, and now I have the opportunity to give back to the community that has given me so much. This promotion allows me to stay local and provide leadership to my hometown team. I’ll never forget how much I enjoyed going to Southern Oregon Timberjacks games, and I am so excited to be given the chance to help continue the cycle of joy that sports bring to the world.”
Dave’s new position is effective immediately.
“This is a great time for me to be taking on this position,” Dave continued. “I get to work with our new head coach, Tyler Graham, to bring the best talent and another championship to Medford.”
