Oregon State Police troopers are still looking for the people who shot deer with arrows in the Shady Cove area.

The deer survived being shot, despite being found with arrows through their necks and near their skulls.

"The arrows are like recreation arrows for target practice," Sgt. Jeff Proulx said. "I mean they're not a hunting arrow, so [the suspects] did this to be malicious. That just makes things worse."

The Oregon Hunters Association has offered a $2000 reward for any leads that turn into an arrest in this case.

The case number for this case is 05-15-18.

Anyone with information on the suspect in this crime can call or text Crime Stoppers at 1-800-850-0580.

Depending on the case and information given Rogue Credit Union will pay you up to $1,000 for information leading to an arrest and filing of charges, and as always the person can remain anonymous.
