CRIME STOPPERS: Man wanted in Jackson County
JACKSON COUNTY, Ore. —
Jackson County Sheriff’s Office needs your help locating a man with a felony warrant and a history of domestic violence.
John Martin Phelan, 64, was released from jail on December 11, 2017, after serving his sentence for assaulting his ex-girlfriend.
In the week following his release, deputies say Phelan contacted the victim twice, violating the terms of his probation.

He has been known to frequently be near the White City area.
Sheriff's say Phelan is reportedly transient and relies on public transportation and hitchhiking to get around.
Phelan is five feet, eleven inches tall and weighs 220 pounds. He has gray hair and green eyes.
