Crime Stoppers: Theft at Ashland Gas Station

Man suspected of breaking into gas station and stealing around 10 packs of cigarettes.

Ashland, Ore.- Police need help finding a man who broke into a Shell Gas Station.

It happened on Ashland Street during the late hours between Friday night and Saturday morning.

The suspect was wearing a black hat and hooded sweatshirt.

He broke into the business and stole around 10 packs of cigarettes.

"It's a victimization, it's somebody's property being exploited and invaded and the person who did this didn't pay for this stuff, they're not entitled to it. The business get's disrupted the business loses money," said Ashland Police Chief Tighe O'Meara.
