Crimestoppers: ATM thief(s) wanted

Rogue River Police is looking for the person or people involved in stealing an ATM machine.

It happened on August 30th between 3 and 5AM at BeeGee's Diner.

Police say someone backed up into the diner and shattered the door, and then drove off with the ATM machine.

Police say there were marks from the restaurant to the end of the street.

That same morning, the Lane County Sheriff's Department found the ATM machine on the side of the road right outside Eugene.

This is the second ATM that's been stolen in the area in the past year.

Depending on the case and the information given, Crime Stoppers will pay a reward up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest and filing of charges. Callers can remain anonymous. The reward is sponsored by Rogue Credit Union.
