Daytime burglary results in loss of multiple firearms
Gold Hill, Ore. —
An uncommon crime took place at the 4000 block or the Rogue River Highway in Gold Hill last January.
A daytime, residential burglary resulted in the loss of several fire arms, jewelry and miscellaneous objects from the residence. The Jackson county Sheriff’s Office estimates the burglary took place between 10 in the morning and three in the afternoon.
The suspects appeared to have broken in to the house by kicking in the front door.
Thanks to an eyewitness account the sheriffs department believes two vehicles were involved in the burglary. The eyewitness has an automotive background, and believes the two vehicles involved were a late 90’s model General Motors Pick up truck with a two tone blue color and a black Nissan 300 SX.
No license plates numbers were identified at the moment of the burglary.
