Amy's Kitchen expands health care

WHITE CITY, Ore. — Amy's kitchen, a natural foods company with manufacturing facilities in white city, has made it their mission to promote healthy communities.

And now they're taking it a step further by providing free health care services for its 900 employees and their families.

The program, a partnership with Vera Whole Health, also provides primary care at no cost.

The move brings the company more in line with their continued and diversified health and wellness strategy.

“So for employees that want to create great health strategies or deal with chronic illness - those kinds of things - they will have access to one on one coaching, so we're very excited about that,” says Cindy Gillespie, Vice President of Human Resources at Amy’s Kitchen.

Moving forward, Amy's hopes to continue developing the services it provides local employees.
