A Talent man was jailed Friday after deputies say they served a search warrant at an auto repair business.

The Jackson County Sheriff's Office say that deputies found drugs, stolen property, and people living in unsafe conditions at the property of Brad's Budget Automotive in the 1300th block of South Pacific Highway.

Deputies seized drugs and stolen property. Reports say that several adults and children were found living in subpar conditions on the property.

Reports say that deputies located evidence of drug use and sewage leaking from travel trailers used as dwellings on the property.

Deputies arrested Bradley Wayne Keever, 46, on a warrant and on charges of possession of methamphetamine and first degree theft by receiving.

Keever was lodged at the Jackson County Jail.

Officers from the Phoenix and Talent police departments assisted with the search warrant service.

Department of Human Services-Child Welfare is responding to the discovered children's living situation. The Jackson County Code Enforcement is investigating reported code violations.
