News 10 continues the congressional district two race coverage.

Today we sat down with Jamie McLeod-Skinner, no stranger to the Rogue Valley.

She's the former Phoenix City Manager.

She's also served as a city council member for eight years, worked as a city planner for seven and managed a regional water agency for five.

She says her top priority is to re-prioritize Washington.

"There's been a failure of leadership on healthcare. There's been a failure of leadership on supporting community solutions like the Klamath Basin Restoration agreement in Klamath County. There's been many other areas where [Greg Walden has] fallen short,” said McLeod-Skinner.

Her top priorities are rebuilding infrastructure both physical and social.
