Medford, Ore.- A new business is making the Rogue Valley Mall a little bit harder to escape.

On September 1st Baffled Escape Rooms are adding a new location in the Rogue Valley Mall in Medford.

Escape rooms are physical adventure games where people have to use clues and strategy to make their way out of rooms through a maze.

All the rooms have different themes, from dollhouses, to prison, to Alice in Wonderland.

"The thing to be excited about is it is new and it is different. 70 to 80 percent of the population still don't know what an escape room is. Those that do know and have done it just get addicted to it and they can't have enough of it," said Keith Zimmerli, President of Baffled Escape Rooms.

The concept of escape rooms started from computer gaming, and with time people started developing real life versions of their escape room computer games.

Baffled Escape Rooms charges $28 for an hour in their escape rooms. They offer a variety of discounts through their social media pages.
