Former Oregon State University student indicted for threatening a campus shooting
EUGENE, Ore. —
A former Oregon State University student has been charged with threatening a campus shooting at the university.
22 year-old Christopher Adam Strahan threatened to shoot classmates in a series of tweets on February 27, 2018.
Strahan was indicted Wednesday on one count of making threatening communications.
The U.S. Attorney's Office, District of Oregon says he was previously detained because he was considered a flight risk and a danger to the community when he first appeared in court on March 27, 2018.
