You are now able to get groceries and everyday essentials delivered right to their door the same day.

The delivery service, Instacart, launched with several stores including Albertsons, Safeway, Cash and Carry, Natural Grocers, Costco, and Petco.

Delivery is available in Medford, Ashland, Phoenix, Central Point, Jacksonville and White City.

Customers have to spend at least $30 worth of groceries and pay a $5.99 delivery fee.

All employees must go through a background check.

"Instacart works directly with each of the cities in which we operate beforehand to make sure we're meeting all of the needs of the community that we're operating in," said Employee of Instacart, Dacyl Armendariz.

People can schedule their delivery up to five days in advance for whatever time works best for them.

Instacart first launched in San Francisco in 2012.
