Man to serve life in prison for 2014 murder at Burlington Northern Santa Fe


After a week long trial, 62-year-old James Forshee was convicted of murdering 42-year-old Emery Connor.

An unanimous verdict of "guilty" for "murder" was delivered on November 7th by a Klamath County Jury. The judge sentenced Forshee to life in prison with a possibility of parole in 25 years.

The incident happened on April 17, 2014 at the Burlington Northern Santa Fe maintenance building where Forshee shot and killed Connor. Connor was Forshee's supervisor at the time.
