McLoughlin Middle School hosts basketball game for 2 year old with epilepsy

MEDFORD -- McLoughlin Middle School in Medford is hosting a staff versus students basketball for a local 2 year old with epilepsy.

Kallen Mathis was diagnosed when he was one years old and experiences unpredictable seizures. Late last year McLoughlin Middle School adopted Kallen as a sparrow.

His mother said "It's an honor. This isn't just for me. This is for all families with children with disabilities.

Kallen is the son of one of News10's engineers.

The game is at 4:30 pm, Friday March 11,2016 at McLoughlin Middle School. Admission is $3.00. There will be a drawing and concession. All proceeds from everything sold at the game will go to Kallen.
