The new Logos Charter School building is nearly complete, replacing gravel and construction vehicles with blacktop and parking stripes. Inside, the new lobby has fresh new floors, painted walls and tons of space.

The new facility boasts an assembly hall, library, science lab, art lab and project lab. Every office alternates fresh blue and white paint to green and white. The staff's favorite feature is the view of the mountains.

Vice Chair of the Logos School Board Patrick Rochon was present on a private tour of the nearly completed facility. “Well, we have a move-in date of the first of August,” Rochon said. “We hope to start moving things in and getting things set up.”

After they spend time moving in desks and furniture, they plan to have a ribbon cutting, scheduled for August 27th.

"So the 27th we're going to have our official ribbon cutting ceremony,” Rochon said. “We're going to have our key stake holders. We want our investors, our community partners, partners in education, to come and be a part of that and break in the new building!"

On August 29th, the school will host a barbecue with the students, handing out school class assignments and sharing the first meal on campus.
