Over 20 trucks and SUVs vandalized in Medford, navigation media systems stolen
MEDFORD, Ore. - Nearly 20 trucks at the Airport Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac had navigation media systems stolen over night.
The last person left the dealership around 8 p.m., Airport Chevy said, and when employees arrived at 6 a.m., over 20 vehicles had been vandalized. Over 20 vehicles had windows broken, the dashboards popped, wires cut and MyLink systems had been stolen. The navigation media systems are what are installed in the vehicles allowing drivers to select music or directions.
Medford police suspect whoever is behind the theft must have known their way around these cars and navigation systems.
Airport Chevy says that since windows were smashed, car security systems did not go off.
