This week their investigation developed to the point where authorities were able to identify Travis Fullmer, 42, of Medford as a suspect with probable cause. On Tuesday afternoon, the Jackson County Sheriff's Office arrested Fullmer at a traffic stop that involved a stolen car.

The Phoenix Police Department has currently charged Fullmer with Theft III, and ten counts of Criminal Mischief I - relating to the Saturday night tire-slashing spree.

This is still an open investigation, according to authorities. PPD asks for anyone who believes they are a victim involved in this crime to contact the department at (541) 535-1113.
