Police seize heroin along with gun, stun gun in Wolf Creek

Police arrest 4 people in a drug bust. (Josephine County Jail)

Police arrested four people on multiple charges and seized heroin, a firearm, and a stun gun from a residence on the 1200 block of Speaker Rd in Wolf Creek.

At 6:00 a.m. on January 5th, officers with the Rogue Area Drug Enforcement Team (RADE) executed a search warrant after a lengthy investigation involving 46-year-old Tabitha Holly Flemming also known as Rymer who was allegedly dealing heroin at the residence.

During the search, officers arrested 25-year-old Emma Marie Beasecker, 56-year-old James Leroy Buschmann, and Milo Henry Lehrmann. They were booked on the following charges:

  • Fleming: Possession, distributing and manufacturing of heroin, felon in possession of a restricted weapon, and probation
  • Beasecker: Possession pf methamphetamine and a warrant out of Josephine County
  • Buschmann: Parole Board warrant and possession of methamphetamine
  • Lehrmann: Douglass County Jail on Douglass County warrant for contempt

A small child was also found inside the residence and has been taken into protective custody by DHS-Child Welfare.
