Power outage closes Henley Schools

UPDATE (11:50 a.m.) -

Henley High School will reopen this afternoon for scheduled after-school activities and sports practices, however Henley Middle School has cancelled today's after-school activities and practices, according to an update from Marcia Schlottmann, Public Relations Officer for the Klamath County School District.

All schools are set to reopen tomorrow, Friday, January 11th, and operate on regular schedules.

ORIGINAL (7:30 a.m.) -

There will be no school today at: Henley Elementary school, Henley Middle School, Henley High School, Klamath County Transition Program, Great Basin Homeschool Center, and Falcon Heights.

All other schools in Klamath County are on a normal schedule.

According to the Pacific Power website, 202 customers are currently without power.
