Mr. Martin was life-flighted to Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center in Medford, Oregon, where he later died of his injuries.

News 10 first reported the death on Saturday.

The Siskiyou County Sheriff's Office is unsure whether a man either jumped or fell to his death off of the Klamath River/Elk Creek Bridge Saturday morning.

The Sheriff's Office says the man, who was in his early twenties, fell 50 feet to a rock-strewn area near the China Grade side of Elk Creek. They are unsure at this time whether the man committed suicide.

More information will come as the story develops. The name of the man will not be released until next of kin are notified.
