Small earthquake detected off Southern Oregon coast

COOS BAY, Ore. – A 3.2-magnitude earthquake shook off the Oregon coast Tuesday morning.

The earthquake was detected at 7:29 a.m. PST, 169.8 miles west of Coos Bay.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the earthquake had a depth of about 6.2 miles.
