Three arrested in burglary investigation

The Grants Pass Department of Public Safety arrested three people on Monday for the theft of several guns from a Grants Pass residence. The home on Fruitdale Dr. was burgled on Friday, January 11th. By Sunday, the GPDPS had collected information that identified possible suspects, as well as the location of where the stolen property was being kept.

Grants Pass Detectives obtained a search warrant for an apartment on SW Bridge Street, however, due to the fact that firearms were involved in the case, the Grants Pass SWAT team was activated to execute the search. Two suspects were found in the apartment at the time of the search - 6 a.m. Monday. Matthew Bosse and Carissa Tillet were both arrested without further incident. Detectives found several guns, as well as other stolen property that belonged to the burglary victim.

The investigation went on to identify a third suspect, Crystal Long-Peterson, who was discovered at a local motel. She was subsequently arrested for her involvement. All three are lodged at the Josephine County Jail on charges that include - but are not limited to - Burglary in the First Degree and Theft in the First Degree.
