Trial date set for Zachry Kindred, minor who killed two passengers on motorcycle
JACKSON COUNTY, Ore. —
A trial date for Zachary Kindred has been scheduled for October 2.
In May, the 17-year-old was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants and killing two passengers on a motorcycle in a car crash.
Kindred was scheduled to have a pretrial on Monday, but it was cancelled.
The Jackson County District Attorney's office says he is facing man slaughter in the 2nd degree and DUII.
Kindred is being tried as an adult.
