Verizon Customers Unable to Call 911


[UPDATE 11:30 A.M.]: 911 service has been restored to all southern Oregon Verizon users.


Verizon customers have reported being unable to dial 911 throughout Southern Oregon.

Multiple dispatch centers are affected by the outage and are working with Verizon to resolve the issue.

Residents can contact local agencies at their non-emergency numbers or can text 911.
