SOUTHERN OREGON - Ten dogs and five cats will now have a temporary home at Rogue Valley Humane Society in Grants Pass.

The flooding in Louisiana has left many families displaced, as well as their cats and dogs.

Wings of Rescue, a charity organization is helping 140 cats and dogs survive. On Thursday, they were put on a plane to Oregon, Washington and Utah heading to no-kill animal shelters.

They will be arriving in southern Oregon tonight and in a few weeks, will be available for adoption.
