At Home Fitness-Balance


MEDFORD, Ore.-- Today on News10 Good Morning we were joined by Ellen from the Rogue Valley Family YMCA for our At Home Fitness segment. Today she focused on balance exercises. There are simple balance exercises you can do everyday from the comfort of your home to fight losing those needed muscles and skills over the years. Ellen recommends doing 8-12 repetitions of these exercises every day to stay in practice.
