McDonald's introducing new donut sticks
McDonald's has a new addition to its breakfast menu.
The restaurant now has "Donut Sticks," consisting of fried dough rods with warm cinnamon and sugar. They are served in packs of six or 12. The new item, which McDonald's announced in October, is an attempt to boost breakfast sales that have decreased in recent years due to growing competition from rival fast-food restaurants.
Although McDonald's now offers all-day breakfast items, the sticks will only be available during regular breakfast hours.
It's unknown if anything else will be added to its breakfast menu.
