Southern Oregon University has alumni across the world.

Dr. Megan Farnsworth is a professor at the SOU School of Education and started Educate Chombo: Girls' Education after a student had informed her that they do not have access to proper education.

Farnsworth is always accepting donations to help some of the underprivileged students she works with in Africa and that's where sport comes into play.

Through Assistant Professor of Education Erin Wilder and SOU Defensive Coordinator James Gravelle, the Southern Oregon University football program donated over 60 shirts to the Village of Chombo in Malawai.
