Crusaders cruise to 4th straight golf title

For the fourth year in a row, St. Mary's proved to be the most dominant at the 4A/3A/2A/1A girls state golf tournament at Eagle Crest Ridge Course in Redmond.

After two days, the Crusaders won 67 strokes over second place finisher Valley Catholic.

Led by Sophomore Baylee Hammericksen, who finished -5 (69/70); St. Mary's had three of the top five finishers overall.

Freshman Riley Hammericksen finished +7 (74/77) in third place and Senior Kaylee Wu finished tied for fourth place at +12 (77/79).

Baylee Hammericksen repeated as the top individual performer.
